Liz Helton: Chief Financial Officer
With over twenty years of experience in financial services, plus four years running her own residential construction business, Liz Helton is our Chief Financial Officer. She also provides educational content at many of our events throughout the year. Previously at McFarlin Stanford she was responsible for developing the company’s outsourced accounting and financial solutions practice. Liz believes that sound business decisions cannot be made without accurate and timely financial statements. In conjunction with the technical components of accounting and finance, Liz focuses on process design to streamline and automate the financial mechanisms of the company.
Liz earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Duke University and a Masters in Accounting from Rice University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a former Certified Financial Planner.
In her free time, Liz enjoys all outdoor mountain activities, playing tennis, and spending time with her family and dogs.
