Throughout his career, Iden specialized in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and onboarding across healthcare, logistics, sales, and corporate roles. In each position, Iden consistently focused on delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences while exceeding hiring and performance goals.
Iden majored in Psychology and earned a degree from Kent State University.
