Carrie Martinez: Chief Marketing Officer

Carrie Martinez brings strong entrepreneurial leadership combined with 20-plus years of content strategy experience to the CMO role at McFarlin Stanford. She’s been the driving force behind campaigns that have made a real impact for companies of all sizes, leading her team to create award-winning projects like TV commercials, social media campaigns, and live presentations that grab attention and inspire action. And as an experienced entrepreneur herself, she’s focused on helping hardworking landscape business owners connect with services at McFarlin Stanford that will help them grow and thrive.

Carrie started her career as a journalist with CBS News and WFAA-TV and then dove into the news consulting industry working with television stations across the world. She later traveled the globe with Sky Television, developing in-flight content for major US airlines featuring top executives from Fortune 100 companies. With her knack for turning a client’s message into a smart and engaging story, Carrie founded CM Productions, a visual content agency. She and her team are sought out for the toughest jobs—they roll up their sleeves and work in challenging environments like railroads, utility sites, construction zones, and factory floors. Beyond running CM Productions, Carrie serves as Chief Story Consultant for Story Doctors Consulting, using storytelling to help businesses sharpen their strategies. She volunteers for several non-profits in the Dallas area and is active in the Women’s Business Council Southwest, previously serving on the board of directors. She’s excited to be a part of the McFarlin Stanford team in this fractional CMO role.
