JOIN US FOR PACE DISCOVERY DALLAS!

Discover if our PACE Peer Group Program is right for you at this special event for prospective members. You’ll experience firsthand what a typical PACE Peer Group meeting entails, get to know some of our PACE members and learn from our executive coaches and leading owners how to take your company to the next level.

If you decide to join the PACE Program, we will create a new PACE group with your fellow attendees - or if we believe another group is a better fit for your particular needs and goals, we will recommend you be placed there. We’re currently establishing new PACE peer groups, and you will receive detailed information about all the options during the event so you can make an informed decision.

And, if you decide our PACE Program is not right for you, you’re under no obligation to join.

This event and our PACE Peer Group Program are designed exclusively for owners. PACE Discovery Dallas is two nights, three days including travel.

Michael Bosco: Executive Coach

A lifelong entrepreneur, Michael Bosco has founded, sold, purchased and merged a handful of businesses. This journey has provided him with fifteen years in the green industry, and over twenty years of pest control experience.  Having built high growth service companies, Michael has learned that delivering excellent customer service is best achieved through transparent, open book management where the team is the number one priority. Great teams accomplish great things and that requires intentional actions to build a positive team culture. Michael understands the strain of making payroll and wearing every hat in an organization. Decisions affect lives, and as an Executive Coach, Michael mentors leaders to find opportunities to make a positive impact on their team and their families.

Giving back to the pest control and green industries has always rewarded Michael in new friendships and knowledge. He currently serves as the Legislative Committee Chairperson and Vice President of the Texas Pest Control Association.

Dauphin Ewart: Executive Coach

As an experienced second-generation leader, Dauphin Ewart is forward-thinking and grounded in the day-to-day of a pest control office.  Dauphin has led The Bug Master through multiple acquisitions and has established multiple new offices and market locations throughout the state of Texas.  Throughout his tenure, Dauphin has maintained The Bug Master’s 40-year tradition of high-quality service and transitioned a family business into a mature, streamlined organization with over 70 team members and four locations.

Dauphin is a past President of the Texas Pest Control Association and continues to lead the strategic planning efforts for the association.  He has a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Southwestern University and a master’s degree in philosophy from St John’s College.  Dauphin lives in Austin, Texas with his family and is passionate about the local live music scene and the cycling community.

If flying to Dallas, depart after Noon from DFW or DAL airports.

REGISTRATION FEES

Prospective PACE Member: $1,595

Your PACE Discovery Registration includes dinner on December 5th, scheduled meals on December 6th and breakfast on December 7th.
Hotel stays, travel costs and extra meals are not included in the registration fees.

PACE Discovery encompasses three days of activities with two nights in the hotel. We will reserve you a room once you have registered and the nightly rate is $209 plus any applicable taxes at your expense. Room confirmations will be sent out once the accommodation list is finalized.
All transportation for scheduled events is included once you arrive at the hotel on Monday until your departure on Wednesday.
